Everything except NDI is identical between the two editions. Both are signed and checked by Apple, so macOS opens either without a security warning. The App Store version runs inside Apple's sandbox, the set of restrictions Apple requires of App Store apps; NDI needs an entitlement that ships outside that sandbox, which is exactly what the Studio edition provides. Everything else in the list above stays the same.
